The league awards

And finally the season is officially over for Centro Desportivo. And what the best way to end the season then talk about the awards!!

We already know who won the league but who are the best players?

The winner of Least Goals against in League is Rene Higuita from Setemares.

“It obviously shows where we are at our strongest and what we need to improve on.” Started to say the keeper on the acceptance award ceremony “Maybe we need to bring in stronger forwards, maybe we need to play to teams weaknesses more often, maybe it because we do not make the right decisions.” Criticized the least beat keeper on the league about his team weakness “Many people blame the ME but at the end of the day it’s most likely a stupid decision by the person hiding behind the ME.” Finalized on his point of view of why his team didn’t grab the 1^st place if he was the keeper who suffered the least goals on the season.

“I have to say that with the Setemares defense we have at the moment being the keeper here is one of the easiest jobs ever!”  Reminded the keeper who also won the Top League Clean Sheet Award.

Since season 5 the winner of Top League Assister award is almost the same, Lambe Mos. Currently playing for the National Champions Sport Funchal e Benfica, the Portuguese midfielder only lost the award on season 8.

 “I just try to make clear to my teammates what I want to do and take the opportunity when a defender makes a mistake” Revealed the 25 years Old Portuguese player “We use the wings a lot to attack which gives me more chances to make assists.”

We also tried to talk with Ray Pollito, winner of Top League Man of the Match award but unfortunately we never got any reply. The The Crow Team keeper also won Top League Cross Interceptor award and Top League Interceptor.

I want to thank all the readers that followed Centro Desportivo throw out the season 10 and I have to say that the success of this BlogNews was only possible due to collaboration of all the league players and managers.
