[UFIC] Las Putas get the 2nd best team in FID

The final of the season approaches and this Saturday was the finals for UFCL and UFIC, for the Portuguese league followers the UFIC was the main event as Las Putas had the chance to become the champions of the event.

Las Putas played for the finals of the UFIC against PEFL STARS from League 1A RUS and the Portuguese league had a chance to grab 2 titles this season, one from the UFIC and other from POR1A (later tonight).

In the 1^st half the Portuguese league team had some difficulties to go on attack but they performed well on defense, Carlos Hinojosa helped a lot on intercepting long balls avoiding the Russian attacks. The second half started as the same way as the 1^st and slowly progressed with the Portuguese League team to start getting done something as they try to take some actions to relieve the pressure on the back with some long balls in hope to counter attack. None of the teams made any dangerous attack on the 90 minutes game and the match progressed to Extra time. On the 120 minutes of the match we believe that none of the team had real advantage to win the game even thou the Russians tried more to attack. The penalties came and Jaime Ague gave the title to PEFL STARS.

Centro Desportivo - Great game, did you feel that it was possible to not go to Penalties?

Royston Liendres - it could be, we shoot 3 times near area but we couldn't score, and another 2 dribbles getting 1 star which will give up or SM alone in area. But we didn't play a good match and we are not the champions.

Do you say that Ague cost you the UFIC title?

Jaja he is so bad but we know it, so we couldn't blame him

Tomorrow (Today, Sunday), you have another match for the Title, how do you feel about that?

Well we hope to play a good match and could win or in worst get a draw and get the 3º league from las putas

Ptara won’t face you guys, is that an advantage for your team?

I think his manager has support so his player could play, so I don't know if it is an advantage probably yes they will have one less player

About UFIC, getting 2nd place is good for Portugal or for Las Putas?

Yeah, in last seasons Portugal teams (Garitinho, Las Putas and Benfica) get very great places in European competitions, so the rest of fid know that we are there and we will fight for titles

Who would you say was the Man of the Match?

Our keeper always did great matches, we are so lucky to have him in our team.
