BlackOut FC launches a pioneer project

Blackout FC™ launches a pioneer project in Portugal. To build an Academy for the youngsters is a hard thing to do; it was done in the past but with no success. It is hard to keep players loyal to the club but however there are some academies across the FID world that are quite successful.

Will Blackout FC Academy™ start a new trending in Portugal? We talked with Mister Ribeiro™ the leader of this project.

Centro Desportivo  -You have created an Academy, can you tell us what it consists of?

Blackout FC is thinking about the future. I can only say that academy is different from any academy in the game.

- Why there isn’t Academies in Portugal?

Probably because is need more time in the game for that, is complicated get players and keeping them. Usually the player learns and goes for better team.

- Probably one of the most known Academies is Its A Goal. Will you expand your academy trout the FID world?

Now, this academy is only in Portugal, because is a Portuguese project. 

- BlackOut FC is having problems keeping the players, most of them are retiring. Will the Academy sort that problem?

We have very bad luck hiring loyal players for the team. The intention of the academy is solve this problem in the future.

- Who can join the Academy?

The priority is Portuguese players only.

- What will be the main focus of the Academy?

Create loyal and solid team players. 

- If someone wants to join the Academy what should he (or she) should do?
