All teams has their destiny path showned for the next season (minus the ones that will face the playoffs to avoid relagation). As it was the end of the season it was supposed to be a awsome end with a lot of goals, and that unforunatly didn’t happen. Between all matches there were scored only 8 goal and 2 draws that ended with no goals.

Las Putas were fighting for the 3^rd place but they neded to win to get it and Mechanical Orange F.C. (with their 5^th place on the pocket)made things very hard for the home team. 0-0 was the final score.

FC Portus Cale were nicknamed as twin team (of Estuera) and they ended up 6^th on the standing league with the same points as his “sister”. They draw against Ataporquinhos (this way they don’t avoid of getting relagated) with no goals.

O Garitinho C.F. wblew their chance to get the title this season but they eneded up the season proudly as they defeated they’re rival Sport Funchal e Benfica by 2-1.

Setemares secures the 3^rd place after getting a win of 2-0 against The Crow Team.

BHFanaticos stays last on the standing league and get back to League 2 for the next season. The previous season they surprised everyone but in this one they coudnt handle it on POR 1A, in this last roud they lose with Porto Eclipse by of 2-0.

Unfortunatly Itsagoal FC ddnt finish the season the way that they started, winning. FC Estuera won by 1-0.

4^th Title in a Row

Sport Funchal e Benfica conquered the the campionship and we went to talk with the manager of the team:

Centro Desportivo - Now that the season is over, can you do a quick recap of your team journey this season?

Tiago Madeira - Once again we won the title even before the end of the season and besides that we made a respectable run in the UFCL so all the season objectives where fullfiled.

CD- In your team, who you highlight?

TM - Not anyone in particular but the all group in special. Theres not the concept of individuality in our team.

CD - Who didnt do what you expected?

TM -Anyone, we all give out our best.

CD - About other teams on the league, who surprised you?

TM - I have to refer MO. They almost get the 3rd place with some chemistry penalty and coming from the second division. Hope that in the next season they could figth for the title with us.

CD - Does any one on the league has a player that you desire on your team?

TM - No, in the moment our squad is closed.

CD - what you think about Laurie Sanchez leaving Portus Cale?

TM - He made a great job in Portus/Barcelona and its sad to see he go away but I know that he will make a great job in his new team. Good luck to him.

CD - And the entry of Jay Caulls?

TM - I wish him good luck and that he can continue the job of Laurie.

CD - What do you expect with BlackOut on POR1A next season?

TM - They come from the second division and with some chemistry penalty lets see if they can do a suprise and achieve a high position like MO.

CD - For who do you aim high on next season?

TM - I guess that in the next, Garitinho and I hope MO will be at the top places with us.

CD - What can you say about your team on next season?

TM - Next season we want to become "penta-campeões" with the 5th title in a row and if possible try to go further in the UFCL.
