[SFB] Tiago Madeira " We have a great team "

Sport Funchal e Benfica is the current league leader and actual National Champion. Centro Desportivo talked with the manager that is becoming one of the best in Portugal. Tiago Madeira is on the team since 23/11/10 and since then he was 2 times National Champion.

Centro Desportivo - You definitely have a solid team, is that the secret to be the National Champion?

Tiago Madeira - Yes, that’s one of the reasons of our success. We have a solid team and a great group with great players.

Since most of us play together for more than a year we are more than just a team, we are a kind of a family. Allied to this we got a great part of the best Portuguese players to each position.

CD - You are currently the Leader of the league, who you think will rival you for the 1st place?

TM - In this moment I will say that is Setemares, they are 5 points behind us and they got a great team that has been growing up in the last seasons.

CD - Blackout FC™ is in a bad moment, what do you think about that?

TM- I think that Blackout FC™ has a manager that have a lot of passion for this game and his team. I wish they could find the route of victories once more.

CD - Who is surprising you on the League?

TM - I have to say Ataporquinhos. They come from the second division.

CD- Are you looking for more players on your team?

TM - We have a great team and I don’t think we need to change anything, only need to sing any one if some of the actual players have to leave the team for some reason, but I don’t see it happen in a near future.
