Setemares continues on the lead and shows some power that was not seen last season, will they be the champions or this is just a good momentum?
we talked with the manager that gave us an inside view of what the team feels and what are his view about the league.
- Another win, congrats on that. were you expecting to be the leader at this point?
Thanks - it's always a tough game against Estuera and this was no exception. We just knew we had to stay patient and wait for our chance.
As for leading at this point...honestly? No. We've got several new players this season, and we were expecting to spend this season settling these in.
- 4 wins and 2 draws, from this which score surprised you and why?
Not beating IAG. We put it down to the chemistry penalty, but on reflection we should have.
- Do you feel that this is your season?
I really couldn't tell you. There's still some tough teams in the league. We will just play our game, and joss will decide.
As our defensive record over the last few seasons shows, we're always going to be tough to beat, but it's up to us to keep up our good performances to ensure we stay there. In the past we've tended to play poorly when we've reached the top, so we're under no illusions about the size of the task.
We've given ourselves a good start though.
- For you, who's disappointing this season so far?
Nobody, yet. It's still fairly early - ask me after 20 games!
- Ataporquinhos won Portus Cale, what are your thought on it?
It's a bit of a surprise, but it goes to show how strong POR 1A is.
