New FIDA proposal

Due to current inactivity of FIDAPortugal  Orcam and Benfikix decided to give an optional FIDAP team in order to work for the community.

So with this post we are trying to get a team that are interested in our community and want to see it expanded.

It is with great sadness that we see our current FIDA team inactiveness when others are already working for their community. We want to do the same and start expanding Portuguese community so everyone can enjoy it even more.

For us it doesn’t matter what is your Nationality, what it matters to us is what can you do and want to do for our Community. So next we will present what we are ready to achieve so anyone who are interested on being part of the new FIDAP team can contact us for the Community to voice their preference of the leadership of our leagues and best interest of all community members

Administrative Sector:

Position: Forum Moderator

- Press and Advertisement Sector

Position: FIDAP reporter; FIDAP Web Designer; FIDAP Match analyzer

- Translation Sector;

Position: FIDAP translation coordinator; FIDAP Translator

- Recruitment and user helpdesk sector

Position: FIDAP Recruiter; FIDAP CHAT moderator; FIDAP User helpdesk; FIDAP talent scouter

- Awards and Bets Sector

Position: Awards and Bets coordinator; Awards and Bets assistant

Functions:

FIDAP President:

- FIDAP high commander.

-  FIDAP Spokesman.

- Supervise all sectors.

- can delegate functions to any member of the operational council.

- Identify problems and bring the concerns to the operational council

- Supports and help on functions of the operational council.

FIDAP Vice President:

- Replace the president on his absence.

- Supports and Helps on president’s functions.

- Supports and helps on operational council functions.

Forum Moderator section:

-Responsible to moderate the Portuguese forum according to Football Identity legislation and FIDAP

Press and Advertisement Sector:

- Responsible for creating all the graphics and web related for the leagues and FIDAP;

- Responsible for all the news related to all the leagues and FIDAP;

- Responsible to report the Portuguese league matches;

Translation Sector:

- Responsible to translate Football Identity to Portuguese.

Recruitment and User Help Desk Sector:

- Responsible to find new Portuguese users to play on our leagues;

- Responsible to find new foreigner users to play in our leagues;

- Responsible to create tutorials easy to comprehend of the game;

- Responsible to find new members for FIDAP;

- Responsible to help any user with doubts that is playing in Portuguese league.

Awards and Betting Sector:

- Responsible to create, control and organize of the awards for the Portuguese Leagues and FIDAP;

- Responsible to create, control and organize the betting system for Portuguese League.

New Implementations:

- FIDAP own legislation respecting FID Legislation. It will be created by the administrators and the council and will be voted for approval.

- Ask Benfikix that his blog turns to be the official blog for FIDAP in exchange he will gain total support of the Translation, Advertisement and Press sector (so we can have the blog in two main languages, ENG and PT).

- Ask Letes to be part of the FIDAP moderator.

- Create an award for the best FIDAP member each season.

- Creation of Video Tutorials with FAQ for new users.

- Creation of a promotional video of the Portuguese Leagues to help grab new users.

- FIDAP members can perform more than one task under the operational council for a more efficient work and raise the quality of team spirit work.

- Creation of a CHAT system for all members and another to be open for all users that plays on the Portuguese Leagues.

- Help create all logos for any Portuguese team that requires the help.

- Restruct the forum with Letes’s Help.

- FIDAP Logo;

- FIDAP members Logo.

-Send messages to new users with info about the game, help and incentives.

The community will be regularly informed about FIDAP development in raising the community and all the works being done.
