Round 21

Round 21 just made what we expected a reality, the fight for the title is now a sure thing to happen on the last round of the season next Sunday.

Las Putas played with Blackout FC™ and they had the chance to grab the 3 points in their hand but they end up getting only one point. Even thou, this 1 point are very important to Las Putas as they only need a draw on the last match against Mechanical Orange F.C. to be declared the National Champions.

Mechanical Orange F.C. had a hard match and in the end of the round it showed that difficulties as they lost to O Garitinho C.F., now they need to win Las Putas on the next round if they want to be champions. O Garitinho C.F. has now secured the 3rd place as no matter what happens on the last round against SFB, they won’t lose the 3rd place and a chance to play on an International Level.

Porto Eclipse captain, Kobayakawa Sena promised a good fight to FC Estuera but they didn’t resist and lost the 3 points, Porto Eclipse is now on 9th place but they can get 6^th place if they defeat FC Portus Cale on the next round. FC Estuera won’t lose the 5th place, a place that they are more than accustomed too, and they have a chance to get higher if they defeat Blackout FC™ on the last round of the season and Setemares loses to on rebuilding team Cravos de Prata, something quite unlikely to happen.

The Crow Team inconsistent throw-out the season brought them to 8 place on the standing league and after getting 1 point against FC Portus Cale they will now face Itsagoal FC that is battling to get out of the 10th place.

Cravos de Prata is rebuilding the team and even thou their faith are sealed for the next round as they will be directly relegated to League 2, they have been signing some interesting players that will be helping the team to get back to the top Portuguese league. On this round they got their 1^st win against Sport Funchal e Benfica by 7-0.

Itsagoal FC was desperately fighting to avoid the playoffs match for their second time in a row (last season they faced the play-offs too) but they were powerless against Setemares. Despite this defeat by 4-0 Itsagoal FC still have one tiny chance to avoid the relegation playoffs, for that they need to win their next match against The Crow Team and hope that Porto Eclipse doesn’t defeat FC Portus Cale.
